Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one active account on bbe99. Duplicate accounts — whether opened intentionally to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other reason — will be closed and all associated funds forfeited. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery process rather than creating a new account.

Your Responsibilities

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential. bbe99 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• Log out after each session, especially on shared or public devices. Do not allow any third party to access your account.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. bbe99 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the same business day; processing times may extend during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, wherever technically possible.
• All active bonus balances subject to a wagering requirement must be fully completed before a withdrawal request will be approved.
• bbe99 may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including from accounts that have previously passed verification, if new risk indicators are present.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (or equivalent in USDT). Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and tournament prizes offered by bbe99 are subject to these general bonus terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific terms prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance. Winnings generated from bonus funds are added to your bonus balance and become withdrawable only after the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonuses not completed within the stated period will expire and be removed from the account along with any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Accepting a new bonus while a previous one is pending may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• bbe99 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus in progress will not be subject to mid-promotion changes.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bbe99. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Using the platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any transaction that violates applicable anti-money-laundering laws.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hand information in live table games, or coordinate bet sizing in a way that exploits platform mechanics.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, misconfiguration, or pricing anomaly on the platform. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic restrictions, access region-locked promotions, or obscure your true identity or location.
• Initiating a payment chargeback, reversal, or dispute against a deposit that has been used to wager on the platform. bbe99 will pursue recovery of funds subject to fraudulent chargeback claims.
